Addiction Medicine in West Ashley, Charleston
Medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder, alcohol dependence, and 7-OH and kratom dependence.
Hope Integrative Medicine provides medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder. An initial evaluation determines whether telehealth-based buprenorphine prescribing is appropriate under current DEA guidelines. Vivitrol (naltrexone) for opioid and alcohol dependence can be managed via telehealth without the same restrictions.
We also provide medication-assisted treatment for alcohol dependence and for 7-OH and kratom dependence.
Some addiction medicine services are often able to be delivered through a hybrid model combining video with occasional in-person visits when indicated. Treatment may start with a visit in person. Routine drug screens can be done at a lab of your choice. Vitals can be checked close to home through local clinical monitoring support where available, or at our West Ashley office. Not sure what applies to you? Call us and we will talk through your situation.
