7-OH & Kratom Addiction Treatment (MAT) Buprenorphine-based MAT with local lab monitoring. SC Kratom Consumer Protection Act compliant.
Opioid Use Disorder Treatment (MAT) Evidence-based MAT with Suboxone, Sublocade, Brixadi, and Vivitrol. Vivitrol also treats alcohol dependence. Evaluation often within a week.

How Telehealth Mental Health Works

Your appointment takes place via secure video on any phone, tablet, or computer. No special software is required — you receive a link before your appointment. You connect from your home, car, or any private space.

For patients on medication-assisted treatment (MAT), monitoring stays local: urine drug screens are completed at a certified lab of your choice. Periodic vitals can be done at a local pharmacy, urgent care, or primary care office. Your clinical appointments remain virtual throughout.

All prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred South Carolina pharmacy.
