For patients without an established primary care provider, we offer comprehensive care under one roof — one chart, one coordinating team, no gaps between your physical and mental health care. For patients with existing providers, we integrate seamlessly — sharing records, coordinating prescriptions, and keeping your care team informed. Our office is located at 1064 Gardner Road, Suite 215, Charleston, SC 29407 (West Ashley). Mental health care is available by video anywhere in South Carolina.
